A three building multi-use shopping/office center including a integrated two level parking deck. Design considerations included providing base building systems for future tenants with-in the tight site constrains. Teeter Engineering provided Plumbing design for the buildings.

The recreation of the Matthews Town Center including the Depot building and the Main building. Design considerations included providing phased plans as new work and demolition work were done simultaneously. Teeter Engineering provided Electrical and Plumbing design for the buildings.
