The Charlotte Office for one of the largest general contractors in the Southeast. Design considerations included tenant upfit earning a LEED Gold CI certification, the first for the Charlotte region. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering for this space.

Enovia Corperate Headquarters

A global custom computer software company headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Design included shell building and tenant upfit work. Completed in 2003, Enovia incorporated the areas first large scale voice-over IP system. Teeter Engineering provided the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for this project.

Whitehall Corporate Center

Whitehall Corporate Center features six mid-rise speculative office buildings located minutes from Charlotte/Douglas International Airport. Teeter Engineering provided Plumbing and Electrical Core ans Shell design for the buildings.

Duke Energy Center

Charlotte, NC

A 48 level corporate headquarters office tower, under consideration for LEED Platinum status. Through rainwater, condensate and groundwater harvesting systems plus low flow plumbing fixtures the building water use was reduced by 46%. Teeter Engineering provided Plumbing design for the building.
