A 2 level, 7,000 sq. ft. renovation of the historic courthouse built in 1907. Design considerations inculded providing a closed loop geothermal heat pump system. The geothermal field uses vertical pipe wells with a parallel pumping system for the water circulation. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical and Electrical design for the building.

The Raliegh Durham Airport terminal concession renovations. Design considerations included coordinating each concession area upfit requirements with base airport provided supplies. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the upfits.

The 2 level, 27,500 sq. ft. facility is a LEED Silver building. The facility has multiple occupancies including office space, conference rooms, training classrooms and a service lobby. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the building.
