A 48 level condominium tower. Design considerations included designing 46 levels of condominiums including a amenities level with swimming pool above 4 levels of the Epicenter entertainment complex. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical and Plumbing design for the building.

230 South Tryon Building

Charlotte, NC

A 14 level office building converted into a 14 level condominium tower with first level retail and a outdoor pool. Design considerations included stageing design around existing tenant spaces. Teeter Engineering provided Plumbing design for the building and parking deck.

Avenue Condominiums

Charlotte, NC

A 36 level condominium tower. Design considerations included designing around a very tight site and relocating existing utilities while keeping an existing high-rise office tower in operation. Teeter Engineering provided plumbing design for the building and parking deck.

The Ratcliffe Building

A 10 level condominium tower with retail and office space located on the lower floors. Design considerations included designing around a new office tower and below grade parking deck. Teeter Engineering provided Electrical design for the building and the adjacent park built atop a below ground parking deck.
