A 106,100 sq. ft. facility. The facility is for the sales and servicing of light and heavy duty commercial fork lifts and material handling equipment. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for the building.

NGK

Mooresville, NC

An 8,000 sq. ft. addition to an existing manufacturing facility. The addition included three process rooms, testing lab and observation offices for the catalytic convertor/plating manufacturing operation. The design work included the base building and the upfit. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for the building.
