This is a 5 level, 59,000 sq. ft. limited services hotel. The hotel facility included offices, small meeting rooms, hospitality area, exercise room and indoor heated pool area. Teeter Engineering personnel provided Mechanical and Plumbing design for the building.

Embassy Suites Hotel

Raleigh, NC

This is a 160 room, 8 level high rise, full service hotel. Design considerations included full kitchen, large and small meeting rooms, prefunction spaces, indoor heated pool and 2 levels of below grade parking. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical design for this building.

Marriott-Center City Hotel

Charlotte, NC

Situated in the heart of uptown, the Marriott City Center hotel features a 4 star rating, 19 floors, 434 rooms, 4 suites, 20,000 sq ft of meeting space and the Savannah Red restaurant. Teeter Engineering designed the replacement of the existing central plant water heating system. New modulating gas boilers and storage tank system replaced the existing ineffiect boilers. Return on investment was less than three years.

Hilton Garden Inn Hotel

Carolina Beach, NC

This is a 198 room, 7 story high rise, full service hotel. Design considerations included a 7 story atrium, large meeting rooms, 4 levels of under building parking, full service kitchen, dining area, ballroom, open atrium bar, prefunction space, offices and exercise facility. The building was required to be designed to coastal floor and seismic requirements. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection design for this building.
