Durham Bulls Stadium Concessions

The new Durham Bulls Triple A baseball staduim located in downtown Durhamas part of a urban renewal plan. Design considerations included coordinating each concession areas upfit requirements with base building provided supplies. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical and Plumbing design for the upfits.

NASCAR Speedpark

Concord, NC

The NASCAR Speedpark at Concord Mills. A NASCAR themed motorsports complex located at the most visited shopping detination in North Carolina. Design considerations included coordinating Speedpark MEP standards into the existing structure and outdoor track lighting requirements. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for the building.

Baxter Village YMCA

Fort Mill, SC

The Baxter Village branch of the Upper Palmetto YMCA system. Located in the neo-traditional Village of Baxter. A walking community with homes, shops and municipal services. Design considerations included designing MEP systems for the fitness, gym, locker room, natatorium and outdoor pool areas. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for the building.

A new performing arts center for the town of Blowing Rock. Design considerations included sensitivity toward noise transmission, temperature and humidity fluctuations and theater lighting design and control. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the building.
