Gaston Day School is a college-preparatory school for grades pre-kindergarten through 12. Teeter Engineering provided Mechanical and Electrical design for the renovation of a 52,000 square foot building into new classroom and administration office spaces. Design considerations included coordinating new MEP systems with existing building systems.

The Art Institute

The Culinary School at the Art Institute of Charlotte included adding two instructional kitchens to the existing campus office building . Design considerations included coordinating new MEP systems with existing building systems and phasing design to coordinate with existing campus schedules. Teeter Engineering provided Plumbing design for the renovation.
