Constructing or renovating a structure offers plenty of anticipation. Will it meet the owners goals? Will it be completed on time and within budget? Will the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems operate in a coordinated manner? How many change orders will there be? Will it be ready for occupancy on day one? Determining the answers to these questions during design and construction is what Commissioning is all about.

Total Building Commissioning – We apply years of design experience to create a unique approach to total building commissioning.

LEED® Commissioning – In pursuit of LEED® certification, Teeter Engineering Group’s LEED® Accredited Professionals will help achieve the required Commissioning goals.

Energy Star Certification – Optimize new or existing building operating performance by employing Energy Star Certification.

Existing Building Recomissioning / Functional Performance Testing – Determine existing or update operating performance levels in existing buildings.
